With over 50 stamping equipment including hydraulic presses and punching machines with strong press power, we're able to produce steel or stainless steel components with high efficiency.
This automatic stamping process also allows us to manufacture very large quantities with low costs and consistent quality.
At EDL, we boast 20 injection molding machines equipped with robotic arms, which enable exceptionally efficient production.
Introducing these automatic injection molding machine to our in-house manufacturing also gives us great flexibilities in producing the most varied plastic casters - from heat-resistant to hi-steam ones.

At EDL, consistent & excellent welded points are possible with our sophisticated welding robots. And it's the welding precision that gives our casters, both heavy duty and extra-heavy duty, the stability and safety they need for outstanding performance.
We assemble both automatically and manually, but both delicately.
Assembly of the brackets is mainly taken over by our robots while that of the brakes by hands. By engaging both machine and handwork in the process, we deliver you casters featuring a perfect combination of the accuracy and craftsmanship.
Our dynamic wheel endurance test machines allow us to simulate real world use in our laboratory.

Every caster is carefully packed in paper box with dividing cardboard within to prevent movement and impact during delivery.
Custom package are available with designated box size, material as well as your bespoke logo. So when you receive the products, they're ready for sell with your brand.
